Why Fathom exists.
Most consulting engagements produce a report. The organisation is left with a description of its problem, a set of recommendations, and the same problem. We would sooner leave a working process, the records that evidence it, and the understanding behind both.
The organisations we work with are rarely short of capability. What they lack is a function whose whole job is the detail: what is owed, what evidences it, what has to happen in which order, and what the record will show. That gap opens while a capital project runs against fixed funding and real governance. It opens again while a duty that has to be evidenced is brought back to a state where it can be. The pattern repeats across institutions and manufacturers alike.
How we are built

Compliance and assurance. Engineering. Data and software. Project and programme delivery. Those disciplines sit inside the firm and work the same engagement under one contract, which is why the obligations register and the system that keeps it current can come from the same place.
Accountability for the result stays with Fathom. You hold one contract and deal with one party, from the first conversation to the evidence at the end of it.
