Services · Remedial programme delivery
Findings closed out,
not filed.
Taking the schedule of findings an audit produced and running it as a programme. Scoped, costed, sequenced by risk, owned, and closed with evidence.
In brief
An assessment that is not closed out is a documented liability. It records that the organisation knew. An insurer, a regulator, a customer or a court will read it that way.
This is the part of compliance work the market most consistently underserves. Plenty of firms will hand back three hundred findings. Far fewer will take those findings and close them in a way that can be shown. It is ordinary programme management pointed at a compliance backlog, and that is work we can already evidence.
What we deliver
A remedial engagement is built from the elements below, in the proportion the backlog requires.
- Findings triage: what each finding requires, what it will cost, and what happens if it is left. This separates the items that must move now from the ones that can be scheduled
- A programme, not a list: work packaged, sequenced by risk and dependency, resourced, and given an owner who is not the person who raised it
- Delivery and coordination: contractors, specialists and internal teams coordinated through the work, on a site that has to keep operating while it happens
- Evidenced closure: each finding closed against the evidence that proves it, so the pack stands up to the next audit without reconstruction
- Incident and post-event review: what happened, why it was able to happen, and what corrective action follows. Then the part usually skipped: evidence that the action held
- Progress reporting: an honest position on what is closed, what is open, and what is at risk, before it becomes visible somewhere else
When to call us
- An audit produced a long schedule of findings and the internal team has no capacity to work through it.
- Findings have been closed on paper and you are not confident the evidence would survive being tested.
- The same finding has now been raised twice, which means the first closure did not hold.
- An incident has occurred and the corrective action needs to be real, not recorded.
Send us the findings.
Describe what the assessment produced and where it has stalled. We will say what closing it out would take, and how long.
