  • Project and programme review: independent assessment of work that has stalled or overrun, covering scope, cost, programme, risk and governance, reported plainly
  • Recovery planning: a realistic plan to bring the work back under control, agreed with you before any day-to-day management is taken on
  • Programme and portfolio support: coordination, reporting and decision support across several related projects, so the whole programme is managed and not just its parts
  • Support through a critical phase: targeted involvement through scoping, procurement, installation or handover, where the risk is concentrated and the internal team is stretched
  • Open reporting and early escalation: you know where the work stands, what is coming next, and which decisions need your attention, before a problem becomes visible elsewhere
